Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced, though we strive for milestone approvals to ensure satisfaction.
Deliverables and Revisions: The number of revisions is specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Timelines: Project timelines (typically 3–12 weeks) are estimates and may vary based on scope changes, client feedback, and other factors. Timeline will be crealy mentioned in the project proposal.
Intellectual Property:
- You retain ownership of materials you provide to us.
- Upon full payment, we transfer ownership of custom deliverables (e.g., website code, designs) to you, unless otherwise agreed.
- We retain rights to use anonymized project examples in our portfolio (with your prior approval where appropriate).
- Third-party tools, plugins, or stock assets may have separate licensing terms.
Post-Launch Support: Maintenance, updates, and ongoing support are available under separate agreements or as specified in the project contract.
3. Fees and Payments
All fees are quoted in the project proposal. We accept various payment methods, including cards and international transfers. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of work. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. No hidden fees—quotes are provided after understanding your requirements.
4. Warranties and Disclaimers
We strive to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant work. However:
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in a project contract.
- We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes, as these depend on many external factors.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment gateways) or client-provided content.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webezio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Webezio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
7. Termination
We may terminate these Terms or any project agreement for cause (e.g., non-payment, breach). Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
